All items sold from this page are cosmetic grade and can be used on lips , eyes, face and nails, unless otherwise stated. When making your recipes, remember that iron oxide colors are used in "grains", not teaspoons or tablespoons, meaning only a very small amount is needed for making a product.

1/2 oz of any of these pigments will color approximately 22 lbs of product depending on the strength of color you want.  

These colors are for mixing with your recipes, but can be used alone for blushes, eyeshadows, etc.

PREBLENDED COLOR (replaces carmine coloring)   Ruby # 10 - This is a complicated recipe that I have prepared for replacing the color  carmine (a little goes a long way).  You will not find this color on any other website since this is my own personal blend; see more info on the right. Many companies add other ingredients in their powders claiming better products.  These extra ingredients are unnecessary and are not natural, this will be your decision in what you may or may not add into your products. In my books, you will notice that I give recipes for only items that are absolutely needed for making an item, this way you can leave out the bad ingredients and use only natural ones.  All of my finished powder products are truly exceptional and are totally natural.  The more you add in a finished product, the more chance of an allergic reaction; especially laboratory made chemical ingredients.
