PIGMENTS	BASE POWDERS
Blend your own base foundation powders with our pre-blended mixes @ wholesale price -  (Price is subject to change at any time). PREBLENDED COLOR (replaces carmine coloring)   Ruby  - This is a complicated recipe that I have prepared for replacing the color  carmine (a little goes a long way).  You will not find this color on any other website since this is my own personal blend; see more info on the right. Use this alone or for mixing pink and red-toned colors - does not contain carmine. $8.50 - 1 oz (does contain  some FD&C coloring) see larger photo here	Carmine has priced itself right out of the color market for mixing powders, therefore after much experiment, I came up with this pre-blended color  above for replacing the color Carmine and although it cannot be used in foods, I find it superior over carmine in every way.     Note:   contains:  only FDA approved and cosmetic grade ingredients blended for making one color.

Zinc Oxide - 2 oz $6.00 - Excellent sun protection	Kaolin Clay - 1/2 oz $1.50 - absorbs excess oil

Ultramarine Blue - 1/2 oz - a beautiful - $3.00 vivid blue pigment made from finely crushing the mineral lapis lazuli (also neutralizes a too orange powder)	MICAS Serecite - 1 oz - $4.04 helps increase wear- time by creating a water and/or oil resistant product.
Chromium Oxide Green - 1/2 oz   $3.00	Gold Fine - 1/2 oz $4.00 (metallic) This must be used in making any blush or foundation powder.

Many companies add other ingredients in their powders claiming better products.  These extra ingredients are unnecessary and are not natural, this will be your decision in what you may or may not add into your products. In my books, you will notice that I give recipes for only items that are absolutely needed for making an item, this way you can leave out the bad ingredients and use only natural ones.  All of my finished powder products are truly exceptional and are totally natural.  The more you add in a finished product, the more chance of an allergic reaction; especially laboratory made chemical ingredients.
